Meet Erin Gulersen
Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the idea of fighting for something greater than myself. From an early age, basketball gave me purpose, safety, and a sense of direction. It was my way of expressing myself in a world that often felt chaotic. At 16, I left Turkey and moved to North America, chasing a dream that was as much about basketball as it was about personal growth. Through high school, college in Florida, and eventually playing professionally in Turkey, I learned that success in sports, like in life, doesn’t always come easily. After undergoing two major lung surgeries, I faced a tough reality that changed my perspective forever.

That second surgery became a catalyst for my transformation. It pushed me to turn inward and search for something deeper—something beyond the court, beyond the physical. I found breathwork. It wasn’t just a practice; it became a bridge between my mind and body, a way to heal, to ground myself, and to reconnect with the truth of who I am.

Over the years, I’ve traveled across Canada, the U.S., Barcelona, Greece, Turkey, and beyond, guiding others through breathwork journeys. Every experience has led me closer to my true passion: guiding people to remember who they truly are. My work is about creating space for vulnerability, authenticity, and emotional freedom—reminding people of the power that lies in simply being themselves.

Now, I guide breathwork journeys all over the world, not just to teach a practice, but to share a deeper truth: When we reconnect with our authentic selves, we unlock the potential for true healing, growth, and collective harmony. This journey is about coming back to the heart, remembering what’s been forgotten, and allowing ourselves to be whole.
